The WELL Mind concept addresses design, technology policies and treatment strategies designed to provide a physical environment that optimises cognitive and emotional health.

Mental health plays a vital role in the physical and social wellbeing of individuals and adverse mental health can lead to physical inactivity and poor diet. Stress is a leading contributor to an individual’s mental health and emotional wellbeing and is commonly present in the workplace. Chronic, repeated activation of the stress response can have long term impact on physiological and psychological health.
